Turning Myself On At Gym

Gym GirlI have a regular routine at gym now of ½ hour of rowing followed by some weights and finishing with some more cardio on the exercise cycles.  It gives me a good combination of cardio and muscle strengthening exercises.

At the moment I do this routine between 3 and 4 times a week but I’m hoping to extend this with some additional classes now that I’ve reached a reasonable fitness level to move things on a bit.

The exercise bike occasionally offers a little more than just a body workout.  As I’ve mentioned here before, I’ve had the odd time when the seat of the bike has rubbed me up just right while I’ve been working out on it.

Well, now I’ve added to that repertoire.  On the last two occasions that I’ve jumped off the bike there has been an extra benefit.  😉

As I’ve jumped off my bike and stretched out as per the diagram, my clit has been rubbed between my lips as I extend my leg back and…

It was so strong today that I just wanted to keep moving my let back and forth but it would have attracted attention from the runners behind me.  So I didn’t.  lol  I’m now going to have to find a perfectly valid stretch to enable me to harness this force de nature.  😉
