Of course the kind of publicity you get might not be entirely productive.
Personally I think there’s an opening for holidays where the people in the next apartment don’t mind you bonking to the early hours and occasionally want to join in or just watch. Hand on that’s Hedonism, silly me LOL.
It’s a fine line you walk when you go all out for publicity. The email campaign could be seen as a bit of fun or a dreadful slur. Let’s see if they’re in business next year …
