Watching You, Watching Me, Watching Porn

AlexSuzeIt just occurred to me as I sit here freely viewing porn on a daily, no correct that, hourly basis that there is nobody stood looking over my shoulder. In my workplace it is acceptable that I may have to check out porn sites, galleries and video hosts. All in a days work.

How different that is to just over 6 weeks ago when I was under the dreaded IT bully where you couldn’t look at anything without him knowing. In fact I heard the other day when I met up with colleagues that he has tightened up browsing even more and you can’t even pay your household bills online now. Lol

I’m so glad to be out of it.

It’s funny how you get used to things, now it seems perfectly normal to be able to browse porn sites, galleries and video sites as part of my working day. After all that is where I do most of my research these days.

Including this one about a policeman from the Staffordshire Constabulary who after being found viewing sexually explicit websites was forced to resign from the force. Another officer was demoted after looking at porn on the internet.

You would have thought these guys would have been a little more savvy about monitoring but obviously not. I would never attempt to view porn at work, especially not under the jurisdiction of The Bully. I can just imagine what would have happened, there would have been a loud claxon and flashing red lights go off on his desk and a big arrow drop down out of the ceiling pointing directly at me.

I’m not saying he made people paranoid. Lol
