Breast Awareness

This isn’t the usual post you would expect to find here on AlexSuze. Instead of the usual raunchy posts this one is aimed at raising awareness and funds for a very worthy cause.

This month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Each and every one of us must have been affected by cancer in one way or another, be it a friend, relative or acquaintance. I know I have lost three members of my immediate family and another has endured treatment for breast cancer and come out of it strong and determined.

There are special people out there who aren’t government funded and rely purely on the public’s generosity to continue their wonderful work, supporting both patients and family when they really need support and help.

Who are these angels? Quite simply they are Macmillan nurses and they need every penny you can spare to continue the good work that they do.

Xcite books supported them last year and helped to raise £10,000. This year they are supporting the Macmillan nurses and aiming to raise even more money by selling its Ultimate Decadence book of 30 erotic short stories, with all profits from the book going directly to where they are needed.
