They intrigue and elude me at the same time because I have to work like hell just to master the basics of any language other than English.<\/p>\n<p>In spite of or maybe because of that fact I love foreign accents and hearing conversations in language other than my own.<\/p>\n<p>There was a time in the 170s and 80s when pop songs occasionally included a little French, or Spanish. Is it me or is that a little old fashioned now. Yes there is more \u201cworld music\u201d and artists confident enough to record in their native tongues but in the UK I don\u2019t seem to hear much in the way of foreign language music.
