I think it&#8217;s from Amsterdam judging by the buildings behind, though I can&#8217;t be sure. Why is it we don&#8217;t have public art like this in the UK? Well, I suppose it could frighten the horses.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve seen &#8220;art&#8221; that is more obscene though. Tracy Emin&#8217;s &#8220;Bed&#8221; and Damien Hurst&#8217;s &#8220;For The Love Of God&#8221; for example.
