\"BodyI walked in to gym today to a more pleasant environment, yes it was warm but not too warm and there were only a few people around.<\/p>\n

Consequently this included the assistant manager whom I needed to speak to about leaving my stopwatch on Sunday.\u00a0 I can see me not getting it back.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude41\u00a0 However, I have now started using my phone and it\u2019s quite adequate, better not leave that behind.\u00a0 Lol<\/p>\n

Despite the general lack of patrons there were very few personal trainers to ogle at including my recent crush the hot PT who set me up with my routine.\u00a0 She\u2019s been nowhere in site for weeks now.\u00a0 When I move on my program I\u2019ll have to find someone else.<\/p>\n

The guy I mentioned a good while back who has more than a bearing resemblance to TV\u2019s Rav Wilding hadn\u2019t been around since the new gym opened, that was until today.<\/p>\n

He was cycling over the other side of the room when I set eyes on him from the rower.\u00a0 I didn\u2019t recognise him.\u00a0 Then I realised why.\u00a0 There is a fine line between having a strong athletically toned body and crossing the line in to \u201cSmall Head Syndrome\u201d.<\/p>\n

I hear you all shouting out for an explanation.\u00a0 Lol\u00a0 Well, SHS is when a guy works out his upper body until his head looks like it\u2019s been shrunk by some Amazon tribe.\u00a0 See the image above to see what I mean.\u00a0 Lol<\/p>\n

Not sure if I would now\u2026oh well, his loss.<\/p>\n

So with the major female and male talent gone I need to find someone else to focus on when I\u2019m getting all hot a sweaty\u2026<\/p>\n
