The series &#8220;Lost Land Of The Volcano&#8221; was a compelling program where a team of scientists and filmmakers ventured over New Guinea in the hope of finding and identifying new species of animal in a bid to persuade the country to take steps towards preserving the precious habitat.<\/p>\n<p>If you didn&#8217;t catch the programmes <a title=\"Lost Land Of The Volcano\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/programmes\/b00mq3p1 \" target=\"_blank\">you can watch then again here<\/a> your time will be well invested, you may never get to see these creatures again.<\/p>\n<p>Another series currently running on the BBC is &#8220;Last Chance To See&#8221; with Stephen Fry and zoologist Mark Carwardine.  From the title you can guess what the six programmes are covering.<\/p>\n<p>The guys have been tracking down some of the most endangered animals on the planet.
