Whilst I\u2019m all for people expressing themselves and not being repressed we have to draw the line at being indecent in public, there are children to consider.<\/p>\n

He was released from jail yesterday for committing a similar offence and attempted to leave without clothing. Stephen provided his own defence at court and you\u2019ve guessed it, he was naked again.<\/p>\n
