Where did I go yesterday for the first time in a while?\u00a0 If you forgot, I went to the gym with a determination to keep it up this time and visit frequently.\u00a0 I was quite proud of myself as I left, knowing that I had done the best I could and not overdone it.<\/p>\n
All yesterday I felt good, no aches just the feeling that I had done something with my body that I haven\u2019t done in a while.\u00a0 A reminder if you like that I have already had an impact on my health.<\/p>\n
Then came morning!<\/p>\n
I woke up this morning and raised my arm to rub my eyes and OUCH!\u00a0 I\u2019m not sure what I have done but the simple act of raising my hand to my face hurts like\u2026\u00a0 It feels like I have pulled the muscle which runs up the back of the arm from the elbow.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s typical that I have a new found determination to continue my visits to the gym and I\u2019ve gone and injured myself.\u00a0 Fingers crossed I will be back in the saddle tomorrow.<\/p>\n
And I daren\u2019t think how I\u2019m going to test my toys.\u00a0 lol<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
