Especially by the people you&#8217;d least expect and for something that was quite simply a spontaneous outpouring triggered by a piece of relatively unimportant celebrity gossip.<\/p>\n<p>Last night I found out <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/blogs.guardian.co.uk\/tv\/2007\/12\/cerys_and_marc_the_new_anthony.html\" title=\"The Guardian\">we&#8217;d been linked by the Guardian<\/a> for <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.alexsuze.com\/?p=610\" title=\"Cerys Matthews and Marc Bannerman\">this piece<\/a> that I wrote last week. Subsequent to writing this I found out that Marc Bannerman was involved in an <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/1\/hi\/wales\/7138256.stm\" title=\"Marc Bannerman\">altercation with the paparazzi outside a welsh pub<\/a>.
