Regulars know that I\u2019ve been back in to my fitness regime of going to the gym every other day for about the last 3 months now.\u00a0 Also that I have some eye candy there which helps to keep up the spirit.\u00a0 There is a hunk of a personal trainer who resembles Rav Wilding but hasn\u2019t got so much of the rugby player physique as Rav and there is a brunette babe who\u2019s called Louise.<\/p>\n
I haven\u2019t seen Louise for a couple of weeks now and I\u2019m wondering if she is still off on her holidays.\u00a0 All I can say is she made my rowing a whole lot more interesting and fun.\u00a0 I\u2019m such a dirty bitch.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
The other day I peeked the interest of another of the personal trainers there, he came and sat on the vacant exercise cycle next to me for a chat. \u00a0Picture me sat there flushed, panting and to be honest sweating like a pig.\u00a0 Lol<\/p>\n
Don\u2019t get excited, he was almost young enough to be my son and selling me his services in a non aggressive way.\u00a0 I politely talked to him about my exercising regime and hoped he would go away because he was taking my attention away from my performance.\u00a0 Now, if it had been Mr Rav then the story would have been different I may even have asked him how much?\u00a0 Lol<\/p>\n
Right letching aside and down to what I wanted to share with you all.\u00a0 I think I have joggers nipple!\u00a0 Yes, I did just say that.\u00a0 And the annoying thing about it is that I don\u2019t jog.\u00a0 I can only imagine that when I\u2019m rigorously cycling away and my boobs are jiggling that I have sustained this injury.<\/p>\n
