Elemental Women – Fire

AlexSuze, Gina Lollobrigida“A woman at 20 is like ice, at 30 she is warm and at 40 she is hot!”, Gina Lollobrigida

The quote from Gina Lollobrigida is totally at odds with modern society’s apparent cult of youth. If you’re not young, you’re expected to look young, or else!

Just presenting the news (allegedly) apparently requires you to be youthful rather than experienced and authoritative. Take the cases of Moira Stewart and Marina Kolbe, both of whom may have been pushed out of their jobs because they were deemed too old or the wrong shape.

I mean are the ideals women are meant to aspire to really all they’re cracked up to be.

Experience is something accumulated over time and Gina would tell you that passion and joie de vivre are the same. You can’t buy experience or learn it from a book.

I’m not talking about sexual experience exclusively, though that’s part of it, but about a rounded outlook on life and relationships. Perhaps above all developing an understanding of yourself and your own needs, because without that how can your partner satisfy you, or you them.

A fuck is just a fuck, but in the context of a relationship where the partners understand themselves and each other it becomes something infinitely more than the act of orgasm and ejaculation.

Give me a woman who’s hot and fiery, burning with a passion that’s Mediterranean in its intensity if not by lineage. Not an explosive, momentary flash of lust, but a deep red, burning, smouldering hunger demanding to be satisfied that only a real woman can provide.
