Porn Direct To Your Phone, Only Not In Switzerland
As with all media companies, the producers of pornography are constantly seeking to develop revenue streams. That often means exploiting a new delivery method. It has always been the way of course; First there was drawing and sculpture, then engravings, photography, movies, video, the Internet and now mobile devices.
Over time these delivery methods have become increasingly easy for everyone to access. Governments constantly try to regulate to ensure that young people are not exposed to pornography. The availability of the newest forms of content delivery means that this is becoming an almost impossible task.
That hasn’t stopped the Swiss Parliament from attempting to legislate against the distribution of adult material via mobile phones.
