Flashing His Cock

As a teenager I recall that we were all warned in a school assembly one morning to be alert because there was a flasher hanging around outside the school. Some of the female pupils had encountered the pervert and reported it to the school who in turn reported the incidents to the police.

I wasn’t one of the unfortunate girls to be subjected to this guys predilection but I can well understand how it would be unsettling to encounter such an act. There is always the element of doubt that he could turn violent and subject them to an attack.

I’m not sure what the outcome of this was, whether they caught him or he just gave up but we all breathed a sigh of relief when here were no more reports of him flashing.

Equally it must be very upsetting if a guy is falsely accused of flashing when he didn’t. I suppose the burden of proof sits with the guy in normal circumstances.

I was prompted to write this post after reading a story of a guy who was accused of flashing his cock on a train to the female guard. Barry Kenny 28, protested his innocence and that it was mistaken identity.

The woman had been asked if the guy had any distinguishing marks and she never mentioned anything.
