Porn Diversion

We went out this afternoon for a brief meeting with a prospective client. It was a bit of a jaunt but worth the trip. Hopefully. When we venture out we always try to take in some of the local adult scene. That way we can pick up some ideas and interesting bits of local info that often get incorporated into what we write.

Today was a good example. Suze and I had been looking for a specific porn magazine and found a shop just a mile of so from the route we needed to take on our way home. Google’s street view provided confirmation of the location so we popped in.

It was an Aladin’s cave of comic books, childrens annuals and … porn mags. They dated from the 1970s and 1980s mainly, though some went back as far as the 1950s. quite an eye-opener. We didn’t find the one we wanted – too new – but we did find a great new resource. LOL
