La Rambla in Barcelona, Spain is earning itself a bit of a reputation and not for being a wonderful tourist destination but for entertaining the tourists in a whole new way. And you thought that Amsterdam was rife with prostitution and drugs, think again.
A Spanish newspaper, El Pais has published images of tourists having sex openly in the street and has called for action to be taken by the authorities. A spokesman for the council said: “Prostitution is not illegal in Spain so we cannot stop it until the law is changed.”
Prostitutes mostly illegal immigrants from Africa are accused of turning one of the most famous boulevards in Europe in to a den of inequity, with drugs and sex being sold.
