I just read a story regarding Persisent Sexual Arousal also known as Restless Genital Syndrome. Joleen Baughman aged 39 from New Mexico was involved in a motor accident a couple of years ago which damaged a nerve in her pelvis.

This means that the nerve which controls sexual desire is switched on all the time and she becomes aroused by the slightest movement, walking, hovering and even beding over.

She finds that having sex doesn’t provide her with release either, she can have sex several times and still not feel satisfied.

Poor Joleen has to lay perfectly still to try and control the urges if they get too much and at night uses sleeping pills to rest.

I set off reading this story with a smile on my face, thinking lucky girl but it’s a curse and although I have a high sex drive I would hate to suffer from her condition. There is a lesson to be learned here.
