Suze Exposed

On Wednesday the winner of the competition to design the reverse side of seven British coins was revealed. He is Matthew Dent a 26 year old designer and I must say I love the new refreshing look he is giving to them.

Previous designs have donned the coins for almost 40 years and the new contemporary look did take me by surprise. When I heard they were being changed like most people I feared what kind of designs would be used but Matthews are most agreeable.

Great weren’t they? I also thought I would put my own naughty slant on the concept and create two further designs featuring me.
