But common sense prevails every time and I decide it’s not such a good idea.

It can be done… Did it in the Alps in Switzerland…I say go for it or every year you will keep having these thoughts..

Go for it Suze. Kim and I did it earlier in the week and it was amazing. Going to try it again over the weekend as no sign of the snow going.
I have the same fantasy, bt I fear that H. is not of like mind. In any case, it is made impractical by the streaming cold I have at the moment 🙁
