Coming fifth is not the most spectacular way to win an F1 world championship, but losing your fifth position a couple of laps from the end, only to take it back two corners before the chequered flag is something else.

Condolences to Felipe Massa. He’s a fine competitor and I really felt for him as he first thought he’d taken the title, then realised Hamilton had snatched it back. Next year’s season look like it will be interesting.

Felipe can console himself he has a very, very tidy girlfriend (Rafaela Bassi). That should take his mind off things :o)
