We’re off to do some shopping this morning. To do so at this time of year is to witness an orgy of consumption that defies belief. We have just a few things to buy and then we can avoid the shops before the big day.
That is a huge relief because the shopping centre will be heaving with people shuffling around in scenes reminiscent of George Romero’s Dawn Of The Dead.

I hate it when people wander aimlesslly about not seeming to know what they want. If they want ot browse all day they can do it while I’m at work, not on the weekend when my time is precious … shit I’m turning into an old grouch. 😛
