as an aging scientist and university professor i have had a research question bugging me for some time now. when what is or are the intentions when ladies wear shirts that show significant portions of their lovely breasts? i mean, are we supposed to look and admire with discretion? are we supposed to stare? or are we supposed to pretend there isn’t a huge white elephant standing in the hall?
i’ve often wanted to ask female students if they expect men to look, but that would constitute sexual harassment so i never have.
