Paper Pussy
As a teenager I got in to “The art of paper folding” as it was commonly known back then. Or to the uninitiated Origami. I would spend hours sat at the table with my perfectly square pieces of paper ready to be turned in to mystical beasts, boxes and everything in between.
I think the creator of the book I used was called Robert Harbin and he must have died in the mid 18th century as I remember the dog eared cover of the jumble sale purchase.
But back then there was nothing like the book in the top left corner. If this had been around when I was paper folding our living room would have been full of paper porn. I wonder what my parents would have said as they walked in on me carefully folding a paper pussy. lol
You and me both, Suze! I had four or five books by Robert Harbin (still have them somewhere). He was an Englishman, born in South Africa, and died in 1978 so he must have been publishing his origami books right up to the end as I remember buying a new one of his in the mid 1970s.
I must confess that when I saw the title of this post I thought it might have been a reference to a detailed set of instructions I found on The Net not long ago as to how to fold an intricately detailed origami vagina, designed by a Japanese master. I shall have to see if I still have my paper-folding skills!
